This is stupid. The employer takes infinitely more risk than the employee AND his example omits the fact that employers often bring assets that help the employee leverage their labor to be more productive than on their own. He might produce $40/he at a factory and get paid $20/hr. But without the employers machines the employee couldn't be that productive.

Then you go build the infrastructure and the relationships it takes to be in position to sell the output of the labor of others.
