Hmm yes and no..there both very simple machines so it's good in a way to learn on but there limited also..the 202 doesn't have a sequencer so you have to work with loops..the 303 has more options like resampling and a sequencer so if u were looking at either or I'd go the 303 ✌️

Buzzing on microphone may be from your phone being nearby or if you have a smart Watch on while holding the mic it can create a buzz Try turning your phone on airplane mode it may help

You can use the timing button, set it 1/8 notes, keep it pressed and press a pad to automatically play 1/8th quantized notes on the ep133. Makes playing highhats a breeze!
