Yes, there is a way to increase or decrease the speed of DC motor, its called "Pulse width modulation - PWM" . you can use pin 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, and 11 for that purpose. Thanks for the comment.

@@VirtualEngineer_MKS Thank you for replying, but i used rpi gpio functions i got the way to control motor speed by defining motor enable pins as pwm output as <object_name> = GPIO.pwm(<motor_enable_pin>,1000) <object_name>.start(<speed in percentage>)
