Someone who was really good at commentating was Jerry Quarry......Until he started losing it. Sad way to end your life. Hope it doesn't happen to anyone else here, me included!😢😢

These broadcasts were part of my childhood and teen tears. HBO had a great team over the years, and they showcased many, many, memorable fights. I truly miss those days.

He had a creative and often humorous way of expressing his insights. He wasn't afraid to go against the grain, he called it like he saw it. One of a kind -- he was massively entertaining as a commentator.

Moore took a dive
@michaelmurphy1127Ай бұрын
Was that why Moores trainer was telling him to look out for the exact punch George knocked him out with. Twat
@tcb685729 күн бұрын
Nah, he ate a big shot right on the button.
@milojanis490128 күн бұрын
It's Moorer, NOT Moore. He'd whip your ass if you told him he took a dive. That 15 stitch cut in his mouth after Foreman broke his mouthpiece in half, the mouthpiece musta taken a dive, too😂😂😂😂
@joesoto69026 күн бұрын
Dude stop. Moorer thought he had taken Foreman's hardest shots and thought he was ok. Big mistake.

Pleased hes not commentating he ruined most of the fights he commented on, for an ex pro he somtimes analysed as if he had no clue what he was talking about
@dochvtech22Ай бұрын
I get what youe saying. George forman would be calling things before they happen though, so he did know what he was talking about.

This is obviously old. Emmanuel Stewart is still alive. Lampley looks 25 years younger too. I'm in a KZbin time machine. Good luck to Big George in what ever endeavor he chose to do.
