Probably because the developers didn't want to make the game to reflect the post-season despite the fact this game was released in December of 2006.

You can create a patch of the f1 cth 2022 1.2 mod. the alfa romeo that has the mirrors upside down. on the onboard That's all, the rest is fine. Only the ferry's rear wing has strange textures

You can find various tutorials on the internet how to apply custom textures for Dolphin Emulator in order for the HD Texture Pack to work.
