Both the GCI Slim Fold and Master Cook Station are quality products. I drilled holes in bottom legs, added rivnuts and adjustable feet to make it more stable on uneven ground. Also added glow in the dark tape so don't bump into it in the dark at night.

This is garbage. It's not waterproof. It barely picks up a signal at 8k ft, and the crank and radio died in less than 3 months.

You need a truck chassis such as an F-450 or Ram 4500 to actually go much off of paved roads. Sprinters and Transit Vans even if they are AWD/4wd start breaking apart pretty quickly when they get off smooth roads. Plus minimal clearance etc.

I'm in the process of picking an outdoor air conditioner for my rooftop tent and have looked into several options. It seems that 5000 BTU struggles against the daytime heat of the Florida sun 🌞, while 2300 BTU is just right for the tent at night. For portability, easy setup, and comfortable sleeping, I'm going with a Makr 2. I think I've found my answer! 🙌
