Honestly, I don't remember. I have taken on line classes. There is a guy that teaches sign at Sacramento State and he has online classes. He is also deaf as well as his wife. I can't rem ember his name. But you can probably search for him and find him. He is really good and his classes are easy to follow. It's free.

Thank you so much for this ministry in music. I have been binge watching all your videos. I am a new subscriber to your channel. You have given me such inspiration on this dreary rainy Sunday afternoon. I will be starting a youth choir at our church in late December. (after our Christmas play) I do hope its ok if we use some of yourmusicthat you are doing to the music. The age group will be 10-15 year olds. They are going to live your channel, your enthusiasm for Jesus, and your song choices. I know I do. Thank you again for the hard work you have put in. You do an amazing job! All glory to God!

We have nobody at our church that is hearing impaired but when Kadie gets up there and signs a song, you can absolutely feel the Holy Spirit moving in people. And, you can tell that God has blessed her with the talent of using ASL. Signing brings the songs to life so I feel sorry for those that have never watched it and felt the way we feel watching Jewelz, Kadie and all the others. We love and appreciate all the songs and requests that you do. Thank you, Jewelz & Russ! We love you both and can’t wait until we can meet y’all. ❤❤

Hi Lysa - I'm Russ and I told Jewelz I would respond to this since I post the videos. And it is a great question because it was always my concern as well in the beginning. Once I upload the video, the algorithms used by KZbin start processing everything, and as part of that procedure, KZbin runs a copyright check. Before it posts, it comes back to me with a completed check and usually a short summary. Generally, we are told one of two things. Either it will show some copyright/s but tell us that the terms of the copyright will not impair this from being played (I'm summarizing and not speaking verbatim) or it will come back with certain restrictions that will tell us that the video is not allowed in certain countries. That has happened well less than a dozen times and the countries refusing are usually not accepting of most outside beliefs. We have never (and pray with us that we never) have a copyright infringement that did not let us publish the song. But remember - we are not changing the song or its' message, our biggest goal is to make it accessible for those who are hard of hearing or deaf and those who wish to view and learn from them. And especially...people like you because we absolutely cherish those who suggest songs, provide input, and ask questions!
