I intend to get back out fishing as soon as my marine mechanic does total rebuild on lower unit.Four years ago she needed rebuild and my mechanic had a few gears turned and that worked but by taking some metal off the gears,it reduced their longevity and he is getting brand new set of OMC gears, refuses to use Amazon Chinese gears and this rebuild should last LONG time-this boat has PLENTY hours on her,2001 50 hp Johnson and she still has great compression!!!Let ya know when I start chasing Lake P LOGS!!!

I was on board with these two pro’s for this trip. I too used to never leave the dock without live shrimp. Now I only bring them when I know it will be a slow day otherwise or one of my crew insists. You can catch 15-20+ fish with one lure AND you don’t have to waist time putting another shrimp on the hook. These two make a good team, almost nothing will deter them going out.
