thank u very much ,its hilarious to think about the fact that just DELETING an extra page is such a big problem in the most famous and most used text document editing software in the world. also i used ur 2nd menthod but instead of pressing delete button after selecting the blank page in navigation pane(which for some reason didnt work) i pressed backspace key and it got rid of that page.
