It's fine as long as it doesn't fall on you. This way of doing things is illegal and may encourage the courts to order them to pay substantial damages for the benefit of customers who are victims of this abuse. The legal procedure to claim exists and the Dutch justice accepts and investigates the complaints!!! I encourage anyone who has had their money taken from them by this scam to contact me so that I can tell them the procedure to follow to obtain a quick refund of their funds.
