If your trying to make a cliff plat just use this design but build it down ward works really well for me

yeah they do LOS, I have them there so it gives you a spot to stand if someone is filling or placing turrets

Do you recommend having the wall so far back with the large drop off? Seen other walls much closer to the entrance with a smaller drop

I would recommend it being further back but that's only if ur tribe is very active, yeah it give room for ppl to get in but there's a giant pillar in the way so it changes where the wall should go

I leave the drop all the way to the bottom with turrets along front wall all the way down. Have a layer to catch stegos and terror birds out of thin beams and pillaa

Not worthy, if you shot with a tek tapi or Rex at any structure near to the tek ones. You can easily just shot until the tek structure gets destroyed and everything falls. But nice try tho.

10 stegos and 4-6 tapis or Rex tek impossible to stop (the shooting I mean). Once they notice that you only need to shoot near where the tek celling is (due to the damage area tek has) they are not going to try to destroy metal, just the tek structure. And tek against tek is easy to destroy.

Does having a 4 foundation square in the middle of the tower with the slanted fence roof defeat the purpose of having that type of roof since they can just drop carbos or stegos in the middle?

1:50 when I remove the quarter wall the pillar is removed with it even when my foundations are higher than yours. Any idea why?

The pillars probably aren't getting there own foundation support you'd have to lower the foundation and retry the pillars

@@WildFW thanks for replying but instead i just didn't remove the quarter wall like you do, I built the doorframes up to the top and added the pillars and quarters up there, then removed the quarters from the bottom and the pillar stayed 👍

Yeah that is one way just remember that pillar doesn't hold any foundation support

No both the outer cage and the inner tower provide foundation support (depending on what you use for the roof)

I don't think it will it's not insanely game breaking if we were allowed to place turrets on the tek cellar door itself maybe it would have been a problem
