I love everything about Kumkum (from her cooking, her photography, her story telling, her music taste to her smile, personality) and after watching this video, my respect for her increased enormously. Every single word coming out of her mouth shows her love for what she does and how authentic she is. You deserve the world Kumkum! Much love and power to you. Fly higher you lil cook❤️

This was an amazing video! I wanted to share one of the biggest personal lessons I've learned about maintaining a long-term relationship. Aligning your relationship goals is incredibly important. The feeling you get when both of you want the same thing is exhilarating, but finding out that your partner doesn’t share the same goals can be heartbreaking-especially when commitment and attraction have already been established. As you mentioned, it’s hard, but in the end, it’s better to let go than to hold on, hoping they’ll change their mind for you. Everyone is their own person, and you don’t need to turn those you once loved into villains. If you can accept that people are different and that not every relationship will check all the boxes, it will make finding the right person much easier in the end. Thank you for your insight Hammy, much love <3

It's definitely something I've realised after reading it. And thank you so much for the reminder udewpie, definitely not gonna jump in a relationship without having those conversations earlier, to not go through that same mistake of loving someone only to know it's not gonna work in future. It can be extremely hard when you're in it, but seems so simple when spoken / written. Much love from Me <3

Naw Alpkin this means a lot to me. I'm happy you're starting your relationship and wish you all the best! Let's all be wary of the steps to a long lasting relationship because to have one is not as flowery of a road as we all instinctually expect it to be. All the best as well! Thank you <3

A lot of people get into relationships just because they like the idea of love. Then that relationship doesn’t work out bc reality is, no relationship is going to be healthier than your self esteem. So only if you’re a healed and secure person will you be in the right mind to select a good partner for yourself. idk what all this situationship nonsense is but I think it’s a result of people having low standards and not leaving a situation where it isnt a good match In the beginning my bf rizzed me by being spontaneous and always putting in effort for us to have a fun time when we get to see each other 😄 hope that helps how u can progress with a partner. And I totally agree w the teammate stuff. Really early on our goal was to make it as entrepreneur so we wouldn’t have to be stuck in a 9-5 so we both worked really hard for our businesses, save money and help each other. There was a lot of self development along the way too.

“No relationship is going to be healthier than your self esteem” really hits home. Again I think it’s just lack of thinking for the future, something i’m learning as well. It’s not about the “perfect partner” but that teammate who’s willing to work through the toughest times. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for your perspective. I've always wanted to be in a relationship however everyone I meet only want to be in situationships and it seems that society has made this seem normal. I also really hate the idea of sitationships, I pray that some day I will meet someone someday that wants to build and start something long term

I completely understand and I appreciate your honesty Trex. To be honest I don't blame anyone, we just follow the culture sometimes and only till I took a step back and started to ask myself "How do I make this work" and then I reaslised most of us just don't know how / what makes a long term relationship and just follow our instincts (which is bad, we need guidance and lessons!). I pray for you to have a long lasting relationship in the future and God knows best !
