I have been listening to this at night with sleep headphones for the past 2 nights consecutively. I tried 2 weeks ago and ended up getting really sick all of a sudden and paused for two weeks. But last night I had a dream that I was on a boat and someone pushed me out of the boat into the water. I white and black snake was in the water and swam up to me and circled me then bit my hand and I woke in the middle of the night. Feels like there are parts of my subconscious that are fighting me doing this work right now. Which means I must keep showing up and doing the inner work. Thank you for creating this🙏🏽
