I just found your channel and subscribed. I love everything Victorian!! Keep putting out videos. I want to see your channel grow. You need to do a video on how to make the bow that you made. It was perfect. ❤

I love that print. It's such a shame about the brand not being able to release as much lolita though.

I remember wearing cuffs like these as a teen! It's amazing you're able to make them yourself, they look even more beautiful than the store-bought ones :) Also, your videos are so peaceful and nice, I'm hoping your channel will get more popular.

I’m not exactly sure how much as I started with some leftover material I had and then bought another 4 metres. Sorry that’s not very helpful.

Lovely sewing machine and overlock stitch! I have used ruffling attachments many times on different machines. The key is to A. make sure it is the right ruffler for your machine, B. it is a Singer product, not a less expensive brand, C. do not go too fast on the pedal. It feels like when you are ruffling that it is taking forever, but the machine and its timing can cause an issue either with the attachment or the machine if you go too fast. No kidding. You should be doing the Cadillac method, taking your time (like driving a Cadillac car, you don't hurry, you enjoy the ride), and literally let the machine sloooooooowly make those ruffles. And I would definitely have the timing on your sewing machine checked now that two rufflers broke on it, that can mess with the timing between the needle and the bobbin major. It may not show up immediately, but it can over time. Trust that. Ask any sewing machine repair person. Rufflers and other attachments can be hard on the sewing machine itself, especially if you go too fast on the pedal. And your petticoat is lovely.

Great video! I haven't gotten around to reading Piranesi yet, but I definitely want to now after hearing your glowing review! And I love the Earthsea Quartet (haven't read the other books in the series yet). The Tombs of Atuan is my absolute favourite--the way Le Guin describes the monotonous life at the temples and the dark labyrinth beneath is masterful. Have you read any of her interviews? She has some pretty interesting things to say about how male and female magic is used in fantasy literature.
