Hey y'all...for all those who never saw them back in the day, Leonard could do all that stuff live. Many times they would open for some big headliner at Winterland and people were blown away at his talent!

When you were 20 years old in the mid 70s, this is EXACTLY what you were looking for. Drinking, drugging, and searching for young girls.

Great band. I saw them at least ten times before this tour. They got a little too sparkly by this point for my taste....but the industry pressured a lot of bands to do it. I was at the Sacramento show at Memorial Auditorium when Metallica and Armored Saint opened. Metallica took the night for sure, but always liked Y&T for their music too.

There's an interview from 94 with Dee snider talking about how in 84/85, he was opening for Y&T, and their fans being pot smoking, drinking redneck hellraisers, someone hit him (Dee) in the face with either a bottle, a shoe, or an industrial bolt, depending on who's telling the story. I believe Y&T were the party /smoke/ drink band. I smoke every time I listen to them. They sound great while sober, they sound better high😂

I bought this album when it came out in 1976. Pulled from the bargain bin. Took it home, loved the band, but was astounded by the drumming.

Saw Y & T a few times over here in the U.K , never disappointed because always gave a 100% performance . And most importantly still touring the U.K albeit with a new line up , Jeez I loved the Classic line up R.I.P to those who have left us .

Saw them several times in the early '80s, opening for Hagar, DIO, etc. They always put on a good show! I still have my autographed Mean Streak album from when they made an appearance at Tower Records in Sherman Oaks, Ca.

Although Leonard Hazes footwork was Greatly underappreciated he was and had one of the fastest right footwork in RNR at the time..and David Manikettis AAASSKICKING ARRANGEMENTS brought all 4 members of Yesterday and Today to True RNR greatness!! RIP Y&T

I was 15 when they landed at the rock and roll bar by my childhood home sooo..this kid stood at the backdoor watching this IMPECCABLE show!! I I IMMEDIATELY bought the album ehen I finally found it and followed them to the end!! Rip Yesterday and Today!! BEST RNR BAND FROM THE;USA 😊!!! PERIOD!

Great and at the same time truly obscure gem, just like the whole album. Dave Meniketti´s virtuoso Jimi Hendrix and Jimmy Page-inspired guitar shines as always but what I enjoy even more are his vocals. On this record, he sounds a lot like Phil Mogg at parts which is definitely not a bad thing for me! His voice matured over time and became more powerful and rangy later on but I still prefer this early version of him! Soulful, bluesy yet simple and when it fits to the song, very rockin´!

The best band for ever....
