Dude, you did so well until you tried to sand concrete (basically sand bonded together) with sand paper🤦‍♂ Please invest in an angle-grinder! Otherwise a brilliant video, just what I was looking for. It would have been better if you had not used a pre-mixed product and shown the raw ingredients and ratios required. Not everyone can purchase that same product, but the raw materials are available everywhere

DRAINS, "weep holes" in big planters should be at least 3 inches from bottom at least on 2 back sides of planter for water to drain... you need a wicking system in these huge pots otherwise water just runs out the bottom ... moisture / water should remain in the bottom soil or around wicking tubes to preserve water inside of the planter to keep plants/ soil more moist..

Video good and helpful. But terrible customer server at Greenworks. They will send you an offer to buy a refurbished trimmer at a good reduced price but when it comes it's broken, and never works. They then tell you no returns on refurbished items they sell you. Terrible, website says they accept returns cleaned up. There is a reason they turn off comments on Greenworks videos.

A grinder is fantastic for taking down the bumps and rounding the edges. Get the wheel that is made of abrasive flaps.

Motor oil works the best for making sure surfaces don't adhere to the concrete. I have approached local mechanics and asked for some used oil and they were happy to give it away.

What sand do you need to make this pale concrete. I was told locally I’d need builders sand which is dark and wouldn’t give the colour I want.

You need sharp sand, always ends up grey when mixed with cement, unless you use white cement

Not only overwatered but the pot is also too big which can cause root rot when watering it.

Thanks for the info. Looking at the online reviews of this machine shows what you said. It does have an issue with damaging the peas. So not worth the price.

You must have a Special Charger, my (New) 80V battery takes 1.5 hrs to charge. Changing the string is simple, just like all other bump head trimmers. Now, my trimmer is NEW (less than a notch) and it stopped making eye nice “Whirr” noice and it’s making a grinding noise, very annoying. Unfortunately there isn’t a lot of help for this trimmer on line and I’m puzzled on what is causing this noise, it’s not the normal operating noise.

Melamine for your frame works wonders when it's time to release the mold from the concrete. It's a little pricey, but saves a lot of time foe the project. Your container looks great!

Hi, I loved your video, you make it look really easy. I'm going to try it. If I wanted the same hedge but 8-10 feet, would I use longer willow whips to make a larger arch with appropriate stronger stick posts? Or would your dimensions still bring me to 8-10 ft in time . Thanks

you could also use a masonry disc on an angle grinder to get the concrete "bumps," but much better to float the top with a trowel after filling with concrete. Also, a thin rebar length should be used to get the bubbles out, like in the old days.
