The problem with Downtown and Marina is the mass tourism there which gets very old if you live long term. You completely missed out Creek Harbour and Dubai Hills which are two premium EMAAR only residential communities. Highly recommended for long term living.

You don’t need to have a company at all! Much easier to buy an apartment for 1 M AED for 2 years visa or 2 M AED for 10 years golden visa and then you can also stay abroad more than 6 months

I really would watch out what information you are spreading on the internet. In my opinion its just a lousy trick to act like you know anything so that you can lure people into buying your package. The only reason why you talk bad about freelance visa is because you can't offer it since it's regulated by the government. And also on the Government's DDA website you can read all the information about a freelance visa. many content creator or musicians or video graphers use that.

Not worth it. 10% in multiple European countries and no expensive license and visa fees to pay. UAE is great for indivifuals, digital nomads, but not business owners.

Only people making above $817K USD might have to pay a tax (not always) so for most people its 0%. I don't know any thailand nomad making more than this. They would all pay 0% in taxes. Also for anyone who does have to pay taxes, it would not actually be a full 9% it would be 2-5% when you consider the other tax breaks

The only issue with this advice is that many countries have CFC rules. You might be able to avoid becoming a tax resident in any one country, but there is the legality of circumventing CFC rules in these countries.
