Your massage looks very hard and totally uncomfortable. Plus you use the points of your fingers very hard. Her neck is all red. She is far from relaxed. Hard pass for me.

I wonder if a bone ever cracks during this. Like when pressing on the back it reminded me of a milder version of something a chiropractor might do.

I have pain in this area and also always cracking in my sternum. Do you think that means rib related issue like you just spoke about ?

This video saved my life, I lived with this pain for years and years until I watched this video. I did this stretch 3 times a day at first. then once a day then a couple times a week then once in a while then I never needed it again. it gradually solved this issue. Thanks so much!!!

@yogaphilosophyclub57082 ай бұрын
@@danielabaroni4020 idk I do on and off but I think this injury was caused by my rib going out while surfing. this stretch seemed to fix it. had extremely annoying pain for probably 10 years before this video fixed it.

I only have Swedish training and Little bit Lomi lomi from working on cuise lines. And now I see that the things I brought in I never tought it was the "real" way of doing Lomi Lomi. I pray before hand to God to guide me into what the client's body needs. believe in breathing and I feel the oils energy while praying. It works thank you

Parts that don't need to be massaged don't need to be covered? How dare you touch such a sensitive part as the breasts, tease, and talk nonsense? That's unprofessional.

I had a bad cold or flu last week and for 1.5 hours while I was trying to sleep on my back I was constantly coughing and I had a lot of gurgling and bubbling of fluid in my lungs. I've had that before so I was not alarmed but it was distressing to think I had the whole night ahead of me. I flipped over to sleep on my stomach and ALL of the bubbling and gurgling in my lungs went away and the coughing reduced to near zero. I was shocked at how dramatic the change was. I was basically able to sleep the rest of the night. I also slept on my stomach the 2nd night, though I had a little bit of coughing but I was eventually able to sleep most of the night. To sleep on my stomach I sleep with my head on the edge of the pillow so my face is angled slightly down and I prop up my shoulder with 3 folded towels and I also lift my hip on that same side with a crumpled up bedsheet. This reduces the amount of neck rotation needed to sleep on my stomach. Another trick is to add something to keep your head from sliding off the pillow. It's hard to describe but basically I use pillowcase with the T-shirt in the end of it that sticks out from under my pillow and that creates a stop (like a wedge) to prevent my head from sliding off the side of the pillow. I've worked out these tricks for sleeping on my stomach over the past 2 years because I find stomach sleeping helps me sleep a lot better. I'm 57 years old and turning my head to the side to sleep on my stomach is more difficult than a younger person, so these methods reduce the amount the head needs to be turned for stomach sleeping.

Possible additional or related long term solution that has worked to strengthen the muscles- PUNCHING a punching bag!!! Wanted to throw this out there for anyone that this "sort of" worked for but didn't fix it completely- I had an injury just like this sustained from falling awkwardly while rock climbing and squatting too heavy after- tightness between the shoulder blades in the romboid area (but uncertain of the depth). Two years of on and off dull ache went by. PT did little to nothing except calm major spasms. I started doing kickboxing, and it turns out that the spinal rotation involved in punching the punching bag stabilized or activated the muscle! Within 3 classes, two years of constant dull ache that had kept around even through years of PT went away! What exactly the initial injury was I'm not sure- it may have been spinal erector, rhomboid, lats, traps, or some combination of them. It's possible the rehab only addressed parts of a multi-muscle injury. But in any case, I found punching a heavy bag to be an integral part of my path to recovery! Be sure to "turn" your torso into the punch and keep your other elbow tucked (like in proper punching form- ask a coach if needed), and take it easy and work up to full power. Your lats will definitely hurt along the way too! This is likely not the cure for "everyone's" injury since this area is so complicated and can be injured in so many ways. But at least for one class of injury, if nothing else has worked, try and give this a shot!
