You came to the right place! The wig used in the video for demonstration is also 30% human hair 70% synthetic. With blends you want to cater to the synthetic hair with your products and techniques because those fibers will break down more quickly if not properly maintained and protected. Wig Lift products are formulated to do just that! I hope you found the video helpful for learning how to care for your wig 🙂

Ms. Linda, your video on how to care for a blend was so informative! Have u seen the ones where they pour boiling water over the pieces!? I havent done that cuz..duh pladtic melts! Lol. I have a long wig between18-22 inches i got from tess wigs, it was so soft and looked so real, but as soon as i washed it felt like a bale of straw. Today im givin your method a try...one question can i use a dryer on it on the cold setting? I figure common sense tells me it wont hurt the synthetic part. Can i use a straight iron on it? Im planning on staitening parts of the wig not the whole piece. I wish you could posssibly put out more vids, maybe use of hot irons, how to cut your own baby hairs (sice there are not any stylists here who wont cuz it dont grow back..lol) ty for taking the time to read this sorry its so long, but ive ruinef afew cuz not everyone on yt are too knowledgeable.

Thanks for watching! I am glad this video was helpful for you! You can absolutely use a dryer on cold setting to speed up drying time, or even put it on a wig stand like in the video and place a fan in front of it. When it comes to heat tools, it may depend on the brand. Blend wigs are usually made with heat-resistant fibers, which have a higher heat tolerance than traditional synthetic, but they still can melt if exposed to too high of a temperature. So I would suggest contacting the manufacturer of your wig to find out their recommendations for styling. If your wig felt like straw after washing it may have been from the human hairs losing too much moisture- conditioning after shampooing and using a leave-in conditioner regularly are key for keeping the hair feeling soft and smooth!

answered all my questions, using synthetic products in my blend was making it frizzy at the ends, now it flows perfectly
