17:21 Now I have a feeling of directing this and for “Simple”, the new directions are: (There is a burst of gay, bisexual, wild circus music. A row of lights resembling the balcony rail of a theatre has been lowered and now it begins to burn brighter and brighter and faster and faster with multicolored pink, blue, green, red, orange, purple, whatever colored lights, until they change color faster and becoming strobe lights, flooding the theatre audience. At the same time, the real balcony rail lights in the theatre are coming on becoming strobe lights lighting the stage. And there we see the company sitting in theatre seats, now an audience becoming the most loudest stadium crowd in the entire world, and laughing and cheering louder, going wild, screaming and cheering at the top of their lungs, as if it were the final performance. Balloons and confettis rain on the audience and the audience applauds the company. The more the audience applauds, the louder the company gets until it is decibel-shattering. On the last crashing chord, the curtain falls.)

This playlist says the best musical cop show ever made should say the only musical cop show ever made, this is so good and bad at the same time I just love it, , I don't know who thought this was a good idea Glee makes sense because it is about music, this is just a musical for no reason at all, and I am in love with it

Wow! I only saw this ONE TIME on TV so I couldn't remember the song. Just that a woman was singing a sad song on a bus bench. Glad I found it. It's amazing!

Whether you’re in show business or not, whether you’re nine or ninety nine, who the hell can’t relate to the poignancy, pain and yearning of this number?Theatrical magic!

I've always loved Kay Cole's beautiful, clear-voiced Maggie. What a treat to see the OBC pre-Broadway.

It shows how musical threatre has changed. The performances sung perfectly in character in a real honest way without all the vocal tricks now so popular. Noe it seams that the performance is all about how long a note is held or loud the performer can sung rather on honest portrayal of the characters feelings. Giving "the" performance is now more important than telling the story

I totally agree. Even in the way they're acting. They feel like humans and not over dramatized characters.

The WPA were responsible for providing a living to large numbers of artists, actors, writers, etc. No one show that could be turned into a weapon for the Republicans to shut it down was worth mounting with those results. Houseman's narrative is entirely self-serving. When he made it he was famous as a spokesman for Smith Barney claiming they and their investor clients made their money the old fashioned way "they earned it." Orson Welles was a right-wing cynic who made fun of anyone who did anything like he made his fame on in the 1930s. Marc Blitzstein was a total jerk who, when his fellow Communists were in a panic when they found Stalin had made a pact with Hitler, didn't break with the Stalinists, he anxiously phoned NYC to find out what stand he was supposed to take. The whole thing is show-biz BS. If Blitzstein had tried to do something like that under his beloved Stalin he would have been tortured and summarily executed as so many better artists were in his would-be workers paradise.

Is this the original cast??? Wow, Shiela is outstanding. I see why Diedre Goodwin was so great. She clearly saw this lady's performance. To this day, I don't think anyone can hold a candle to Donna M as Cassie.

I love it. I have a video of when I played Zach in A Chorus Line, and our video was a bit better than this...but still not clear as the lighting in that small EW theatre was not the best...live I know, had great lighting. But I still love "seeing" and hearing this recording.

Get a life is the best show on at the time and it’s probably able to beat the shit out of anything else is on now as well, even Portlandia. AnyWho, I still love the Simpsons and who knows what I’m talking about the fuccons? As for housewives, I loved every minute of it every second of it is just way too short but any longer and it would’ve been Edo too much of a good thing maybe who knows it was just the perfect length. Have you ever seen the skits especially on schedules? Like Saturday night live, etc. where are you thinking like five minutes I know you’re thinking for five minutes they should’ve ended about 10 510 minutes ago when it was still a little bit funny now they’re driving in the ground and nobody gives a shit and nobody will remember it next week but you’ll always remember housewives. In fact I think that 25 June is in there getting rid of Christmas and it’s becoming not as housewives the making of the cast album day? It was when the housewife was born in a manger and was Pasteurized for all time? Yes I understand. Yes is on tour! Can you get luckier than that? Oh my God the consummate group,. Should I say group? I meant croup. What? What Zontar!? I must at long last destroy the earth? yes I understand but I’m busy now. Let’s go bananas! Has anybody seen poolboi with Chris Elliott? How about his book, daddy‘s boy? If I just ride through it, yes by the way, I considered using another profile pic besides me in a bikini but I thought what the hell I haven’t been this thing in a long time. Two of my sisters were with me that’s why the photo was so thin. I edited them out. Why not? It’s my KZbin page after all And I’m the best looking. Oh I am so not humble but I’m only kidding my sisters are beautiful more beautiful than I am. But yes that’s me it’s really me I couldn’t help but show off my hips it’s the first time I’ve seen them in a while. This is after I’ve said 110 pounds it took over a year but I’ve started getting it back but at least it is distributes itself well because I just like clump in my ankle or something or on my left breast. Or between my shoulders or on my navel. How much should a 6 foot 3 person way? At last count looking here at this picture I would 3 to 60 70 no wait 167 I’m sorry yes I weighed 167 pounds here well I told you I am 64 6‘4“ but actually I’m almost 64 I’m 54 now on 53 I’m going to be 54 tomorrow I love when he’s walking away he goes come on let’s all get it and everything. flume!

perhaps the best "contemporary" broadway show... that has ever been. Genius!! (And very special for those of us with the name of Bobby or Robert. ) Love it!!! and the great works of Stephen Sondheim. I see this show live!! every chance I can. "Being Alive" is priceless!! This being added here on the day that Sondheims 90th birthday is to be celebrated computerwide!! Legend!!
