This underlying joy of being is so much more 'true' than my short time pleasures. Trigger to go deeper into this were encounters with some sadhus in India, who neither had a physical home nor worldly possessions, but a light in their eyes that completely stunned me and that I had never seen before. Ram, Ram and thank you both for this reminder❤

Thanx for the inspiration, again😊. Every time i find the Courageto face my vulnerable spots (and there are many of them🤪) the pain gets less. I realise that they don't drag me into a black abbys, but become what they really are: mental constructions, ghosts in my awareness, nothing really scary.

Wonderful, thanks for the deep and open conversation. For a few years I'm writing now, and every time I'm in it, it's obvious that this is the right thing, pure joy. But before I sit down, there is almost always this voice of distraction. So I just sit down and ignore that voice, cause I know what is the real deal. Getting better every day😅

Absolutely! The mind can be quite convincing with its little sad stories. It's often more peaceful to just pause and embrace quiet moments, allowing what genuinely wants to come forward to emerge.
