This is actually a 1996 VHS, not 1993. Prior to 1995, FHE videos played previews following the FBI Warning screen and FHE logo. Post-1995 FHE videos played the previews after the FBI Warning screen, then after the previews plays the FHE logo, then afterward plays the program. So that’s why this VHS is from 1996.

I have this VHS! My only gripe about this upload is that it’s in 16:9 instead of 4:3 (The VHS standard). I already uploaded the opening (Almost gonna post the closing too) in this quality and the audio is still in very good quality.
