Ok this actually makes me wanna cry. Superman being the one to ultimately inspire all the other heroes, especially Batman who had lost his way after Robin's death. I just love it so much. He gave us his life just to protect us, the ultimate sacrifice, even if it made his mother cry. Superman was never my favorite Superhero until I watched these movies. Now I can't deny how inspirational he is.

Henry Cavill will always be my Superman! I enjoyed Man of Steel as it had a lot of themes I can relate to - finding yourself, who you are in the world, embracing change and how you can inspire yourself and others around and I loved that. Thank you Henry; you will be missed!

It makes me upset that people accuse Snyder of not getting or understanding Superman. If his Superman is not for you then it's not for you. You don't have to complain about it and cause arguments that lead to nowhere, and if you do want to complain about it then then become a writer so you can write about on how you want your Superman to be portrayed. Everyone has their own vision of Superman.

Alright, tears. He was the best of my lifetime and I was a child who watched the TV show with George Reeves and read the comics until my mother raised fuss and put down her foot. There was never a better. I liked Christopher Reeve but Henry brought Superman alive in a very special way. You will never see this, Mr Cavill, but you made this old woman's heart, sing. I felt young again and loved how you portrayed Superman!

Why... Why didn't more of us watch Man of steel in theatres in 2013.

When I was 10 my dad wanted me to to get into Superman at first he was thinking about me watching the Christopher reeve movies but then he saw the man of steel trailer and decided right then and there that is how I would be introduced into DC and watching man of steel in theaters for the first time will forever be in my top 3 best memories ever we then watched bvs at a outside drive-in movie theater but then a few months after that my dad passed away in a car wreck and i never got the chance to watch the synder cut of justice league with him and now that Henry Cavill is fired from being Superman it just feels like a massive part of my childhood just died because I don't think I will ever watch a Superman movie ever again because it will never compare to what I had when my dad was alive.
