I believe that if the babes had lived, then United's trophy count would be way bigger than it is. They would have dominated the 60's and our no. of titles would be much more than 20. I also believe we would be on the same number of European titles as Liverpool or Bayern too. What a waste. R.I.P. You legends of the club.

If not for the ill fated Munich air disaster on 6 February 1958 Duncan Edwards would have been the greatest English footballer of all time. He instead of Bobby Moore would have been the skipper of England's 1966 World Cup winning team. But fate had been unkind and his life was tragically cut short.He was only 21 when he died. Yes Duncan could even have been better than Pele as the former can play in any position.

Legends, in every sense of the word. Edwards = Genius. The babes are the reason why the Class of 92 fulfilled their potential. And the babes continue to influence the current team. Players like Cleverley and Wellbeck know they're not playing for any old club, hence their latest performance. RIP The Babes... they led the way and set a massive precedent.
