I just snagged a 2011 X5D with the stage 2 engine tune, added the XHP stage 3 tranny tune and xDelete. All deleted…..it’s badass! Might add hybrid turbos :)

I have a manual c7 z06 and mine is fantastic! Now this issue you have is your engine temp actually over normal ??? Or are you just getting some bad signals due to a faulty temp sensor or relay ?? Over heating is a easy ti fix issue. Either you need more air or more water. Now my car I bought wrecked as I run a shop. It had 25k miles and I noticed when I removed front bumper there was a lot of leaves n twigs laying right in front of the air charge cooler. Blocking 25% possibly of air circulation. As with any super charged car fresh flowing air across the coolers is A MUST!! I cleaned out the leaves , brushed all the bugs off my coolers and blew them out wi the compressed air. Be careful and use soft brush as the coolers are very fragile to sharp edges. It’s been 90 plus here for last 2 months , I drive it daily and never had such issue. In fact mine has never gotten to half way and I don’t drive easy. So before jumping on the worry wagon understand what causes the issue and then find a solution. Because I’m betting your problem is easy to cure. Make sure your fans are running proper , look to see if any hoses have come loose from their hold clips , no crimps , make sure there is NO debris in front of or near your coolers , make sure the grill Inlets are clean and clear , make sure your hood heat extractor is secure and properly mounted. Do this visual inspection and if it passes then you need to start checking your temp sensors. A faulty sensor can send wrong signal to computer witch could cause limp mode to be set. Watch your temp gauge at idle. If it raises at idle in traffic and cools when you drive it your fans are likely not runing. If I had your car in hands reach I could sort you out in no time. Little things can cause big issues. Think simple first.

With all these crazy taxes here in Hong Kong and in most Asian countries, the base X7 here ( xdrive 40i) cost around 140K USD… wouldn’t be able to afford the m60i which will surely be priced around 300.000USD 🤪🤪🤪
