They nerfed the the range that the secondaries can engage DDs and increased the firing arcs of the secondaries making them less effective at longer ranges.

I got this ship myself today. I had 5,500 drachmas and I thought I’m not going to get anymore so I got this. I built it for secondaries and it’s a fun ship. The turrets take 15 minutes to turn though.
