I have been to Tunisia before, I found it to be good overall! I liked the food, liked the weather, the vibes in certain places and streets. Enjoyed my trip to the collesium (the gladiator roman thing) in Al jam, the beach of monastir was pretty good, the quality was way different than what we have in the west, crystal clear water plus good quality sand. What I didn't like, was almost every youngster was staring at me and my girlfriend like we were from a different planet. The sellers beg too much and often "stalk you" and we had to pay high prices for stuff we bought because the sellers weren't genuine about the prices they had asked. For us tourists a totally different price than what the locals pay. Anyway, weighting the good and the bad, Tunisia is worth visiting imo, a good place overall which plenty of interesting places to discover. I personally didn't even get to discover 50% of what it has to offer during my visit.

Thank you for sharing your Tunisia experience! Your candid reflections resonate with our own adventures in the country. The curious stares and haggling encounters definitely added a unique flavor to our trip, but they're all part of the experience, right? Tunisia's vibrant atmosphere and fascinating sites make it a destination worth exploring despite its quirks. Wishing you many more enriching travels ahead! Love from the cats. xx

I love your video. You said there is a lot of Spanish influence you’re wrong. I don’t mean to be rude, but Spain influenced by the Morrish, which is the Moroccan, the Algerian Egyptian.just food for thought.
@twostraycatsАй бұрын
Thanks for watching and sharing your insights! You're absolutely correct about the historical Moorish influence, and we appreciate the reminder. When we mentioned the Spanish influence in Tangier, we were focusing more on the contemporary scene-like the abundance of Spanish cuisine, the presence of Spanish tourists, and the prevalence of Spanish signage. Didn't mean to muddy the waters there! Thanks for helping clarify. Love from the cats! xx
