I remember when this came out there was so much anticipation for this collab. Listen to Streisand and Bocelli - amazing and Streisand was 72 when they recorded it.

I knew you would love this duet of two of the finest female voices in modern history. I also felt that you would enjoy the chemistry between the two of them. Streisand has been Celine's idol her whole life so this was a dream come true for her.

Thank you J.Fro I appreciate your love for the music and the legacy that has been created from these iconic performances. Cindy joined in 1967 Falling in and out of love was her first. So this was 1968 season for the ladies. The look and the sound was already legendary but they took it to another dimension. Those black dresses/outfits became the iconic staple of all 90s girl groups. That medley they ate!!! The style choreography vocals was all there!! You could hear everyone singing out and shining. That posse at the end was the iconic stance Beyoncé borrowed at the close of Crazy in Love. This performance was the blueprint!!!

It's a shame that the background vocals were done by Motown's in-house session singers, The Andantes. Mary and Cindy were very capable of singing the background harmonies on their own.

This is what was, probably still is, so unknown by many - just how incredible he was as a soul/R&B singer - you can feel the emotion when this man sings. I would given pretty much anything to have seen this performance live....Oh, man, he left us far too soon. He was such a lovely man.

I grew up in the '70's and the music was wonderful! I never got a chance to see Zeppelin live, so l'm so infinitely grateful that we have You Tube now so l can experience, at least in a small way, what it was like to see them live!

Elvis was emotionally connected to music evident when he sang. So full of emotion thst we felt the emotional energy he released. This scene from the Elvis 2022 movie portrayed that emotional connection to music perfectly m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z2iulI2Di7udmKM

I dug Lisa Marie too. So talented in her own right as a singer and songwriter. One of the things I liked about her is these duos, as a tribute to her father. Lisa Marie was her father greatest advocate. I loved her sassy attitude, never shy about telling it like it was in protecting hervfather legacy. Mostly, she never let all the "make a buck" ugly rumors about her father diminish the love, respect and devotion she felt for her dad, Elvis. I miss her style, her talent and I miss her spunk!

One of the many things to love about Led Zeppelin is, as you said, the live performances are a totally different experience than the studio version. The exquisite musicianship, creative and playful improvisation and range of emotion really shine through live. The Zeppelin rabbit hole is one of a kind, and one you won't regret.

Each live performance is unique, yet all the band members are able to go with how it flows. If you see them 3 nights in a row at the same place, each song will be different each night. Their performances here at MSG (1973) were amazing over the 3 nights, because they were for their movie The Song Remains The Same. They then were able to pick the best for the movie. Only 4 concert venues were recorded by Led Zeppelin, Royal Albert Hall (1970)* MSG (1973)* Earls Court (1975)* & Knebworth (1979). The K is silent in Knebworth. Any others are either bootleg, or only have audio & no visual. Though I do believe they did put out some live albums. Greatest band to ever grace the planet, each of them are musical geniuses, & together we’re the GODS OF MUSIC. Never was & never will be a band as great as them. Thank you for your reaction, & keep reacting to Led Zeppelin.

Sweet reaction to two of the most beautiful voices of my lifetime. I still rank Karen as my personal favorite but there’s no denying the power and majesty of these two. The duet is magical. I’m still on a mission to introduce you to an equal voice of the current generation. (YES I said equal) I have her most recent recording in a collaboration with Dan Wesley a singer/producer from the UK. She is from Minneapolis, so technology let this happen. But technology doesn’t mess with her vocals. There is no pitch correction, you are hearing her voice. And with her brand new microphone, a Neumann U-87, it’s even more pure. Trivia, Jarry, who do you know, that also used the U-87 back in the day? The song is the Perry Como classic; It’s Impossible. She is 20 yo Tori Holub (Ha Lubb) and you will not be disappointed, I promise. I know what you like and you need to discover this voice. And yes, nice to see you back on the Tube!
