I got Bell’s palsy and worked hard on restoring function and within a month of having it I got full function back. The only thing I have left to do is strengthen my right eye by patching my left eye.

Stress causes it. Some people nerves just don’t respond well to stress, so one day they get hit with it in their face which is trying to tell the person that they need to change their lifestyle or a stressful job to get a different job and lifestyle that is less stressful.

I got kicked in the face by a 3 year old. It was not fun. I got direct trauma to the side of it towards the face so I am not sure if it broke but the insides hurt so much.

Watching this bc I woke up with a very sore nose. Right at the bridge of my nose. It looks a little swollen & feels very bruised. I wish I had a cool story about what happened but I don't. I do know that when I squint my eyes, it makes my nose bunch up a little which makes my eyes water & then my nose runs. Other than that I feel perfectly fine & haven't been sick.
