A laggy blouch dom 1.5xtr 🥲...that's the turbo I have sitting in the garage waiting to be installed. I hope it's not much lagier than the VF48. If so, I'll be getting a different turbo then!

yeah I would say expect it to have more lag but way more torque. For track stuff it would be great, but for AutoX it makes it challenging to drive. This car also utilizes a Halman manual boost controller, a electronic boost control setup should be able to make it a hair less lag but not much. :/

yessir, I was so stoked to be back at Mid-O too.. No worries though, stock block is still spinning and I heard Mid-O has recently been repaved. Better luck next year..

You missed the apex on nearly every turn! The understeer is killing you! And you forgot the special line transitioning from 8 to 9! Come on Colton!!

I know I know brother. I had better lines later in the day, but they were slower laps. I had to do some weird shit to get her to rotate at all.. diff controller was at 0% lockup too so basically RWD. Come back to the glove and lets do Gingerman days man!

Looks like you were more new to Gingerman than anything else. Plus the car seems to understeer then transition harshly to oversteer, Might need to work on that more than anything.

Thanks for the feedback Dewey, really appreciate it man. Yeah I only had a couple track days at Gingerman under my belt prior to this event, years ago, and in a 100% stock WRX.. Definitely going investigate and resolve setup issues this winter and focus on getting more laps in next spring!

@@DeweyWRX All I have for data is Cobb Accessport/AccessTuner for engine data, and that 1st Gen Base model AIM Solo that Puglisi hooked me up with.. So basically nothing haha. I want to get something with an accelerometer and pedal inputs, SWA input, segment time.. but I am on a budget.. Any recommendations?

you running a surge tank? IDK WTF i'm talkin about but that fuel cut looks like it happens after the right hand hairpin every time, and the subie's pump is on the passenger side right? do sti's have a little vac fuel transfer line to send fuel from that side of the fuel tank saddle? other than that, that thing's come a long way dude. looks sick.

Damn yeah good point, it very well could be man.. I just tossed it up as heat building up on in the lower speed section of the track prior to the hair pin. Definitely going to take another look at the logs to see if Fuel Pressure drops there. I appreciate the thought nugget buddy!

Thanks man! Yes, equal length headers! I have been doing the Subaru game for over 15 years now so I would rather have the efficiency over rumble.. Its right around 400 whp ono E40.. Still running the original stock long block.
