Like you, DeniseWCM, this moving old hymn was sung during the (Sabbath) service that I attended in Douglas, Cork this morning. SDAs like to sing old hymns more than modern ones. This is a good version of this much-loved song.

I looked for this song on here for ages. My dad played guitar. My mom, me, and sis used to sing harmony to it. A beautiful memory of church. The old fashioned baptist.

This is the song the Lord used in a service to reveal Himself to me the first time, when I came running and confessing and asking for salvation. I will never regret that easter sunday. The little church was empty, and has been for years. Very few members. But on that easter sunday, it was FILLED and no room to sit. God bless you and keep you and yours.
