This has to be an all time classic in all of television. The subtle menace and mannerisms, the Nazi tattoo, the casual wiping of blood off his shoe.. all combine to send a chill down the spine of the viewer.

Notice how Monster was the only one in Doughboy’s clique that WASN’T afraid to go back and forth with Doughboy. When Doughboy kicked Little Chris and Dookie, they did nothing. But Doughboy started going off on Monster about continuing to question the recruiter about a scholarship…. Monster barked right back at Dough.. even taking a step closer to him. Monster was really a “monster” because he was the only one that could get away with that.

Ok, see I always thought they killed the people in the diner because of Todd talking so loud but you can see the woman moving. This was just a way of showing Jack is a violent character. Whew hood for those folks lol

Um, Breaking Bad at this point in the story is supposed to be like in 2009, and yet Jack comments on hitting Osama Bin Laden (2011). Nice try, Vince, but you screwed the pooch.

Rantings of a deluded mad man who can't let go of the KGB mindset i.e. the West is evil, the West wants to destroy Russia and that the Soviet union must be restored. Bravo Steve for asking difficult questions to a murderous and deluded tyrant.

We give Todd a ton of flack for being a psycho, but his human desire and attraction literally saved Jesse's life I think we just don't find his awkwardness appealing. Like we don't like thinking that our motives or private dealings are weird. They're just not sociable, we're all strange just some of us less willing to admit it I for one find it very difficult to connect with others. At the very least I stuff all my junk down and act gregarious in public. Todd is just disenfranchised. He had a job, but that probably wasn't gearing him towards any internships. This was just his shot to get into the mobster trade. Standing next to Tuco, the guy's a shoe in

I just re-watched BB for the first time (after BCS, though I have not finished the last few eps of BCS yet to keep it in chronological order) ...and I forgot...it was WALTER who brought Jack and crew in...he's such a MORON. He kills likes of Mike and Gus, relianble, stable good people and he replaces them with a psychotic biker gang!!! What a FOOL! He had it made and had an out like TWENTY TIMES during the show and he f----d it up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. by overreaching and being complacent and arrogant, he could have walked away and left his family a fortune, ensuring their security. But this is how people are: emotional before logical. This all came down to Walters being butt hurt about selling those Grey Matter shares...he ruined his life and everyone elses because his fe fe's were hurt .

I was in a violent meth producing neo-nazi ex-prison gang in southern New Mexico in the early 2000’s, and they just nail it here. It’s the little details and banter that they get so right. 😅

Man I keep coming back to this scene. Just something about the smoke in the air, the table full of ash and pizza, and the Nazis tattoos flashing. All those muscle heads flexing their shit, no need to hire out and the hitters not being the problem. It’s great to have gotten to see the round table discussion planning the most complicated whacking since bin Laden.

How did a show that began with a massive cartel and a smooth operator like Gus finish with the kind of neo-Nazi losers (i.e. "bikers") that the cartel supposedly pushed out of the business decades earlier? Did the writers run out of ideas?
