Decent idea but those bearings are now fried, the gear meshing is in tolerance of surrounding post codes so there will be massive amounts of gear wear and potentially broken teeth since pressure is localized into one side, the wire gear shift while kinda decent idea, fails when something gets stuck and you cant push it into gear just pull and spring wont be enough to move it when it gets stuck, removing seals and hell opening the gearbox will be pain in the ass, or if its too loose tolerances you will have slipping specially if debris gets into bearings and far as i saw there is no oil level check, no drain or place to add it. Also balancing is all over the place so i would not run this more than max 1000rpm. As a idea and stop gap device well as for i dont care go cart its decent, but execution has its flaws. Ether use broken bearings, or solid replacements until you are done all the welding and ready to assemble it, this way the expensive bearings wont be ruined. Gear meshing and alignment are the hardest part of this, so you should only weld them in place once you have the gearbox frame welded and designed to allow removal of the gears. Since removal does tend to require two part gearbox, use alignment pins to lock the sides together and then tag weld everything together, while getting the gear meshing and alignment right. Rod in tube that has grooves for double O rings, grease fitting and exit hole allow rod to move in and out, while allowing both pulling and pushing. If you can use keyway bearings and shaft to prevent shaft sliding inside inner race. Add the oil check etc level system using bolts and nuts, well as copper washers. This way it should last long time, but wont be even then reliable as car transmission or purpose built one. Transmission is always the thing you want to be bomb proof since its most expensive part of the build.

Le travail est bon mais manque un peu de précision. J'aurai mis des roues agraires en traction , un moteur plus puissant et un réducteur plus démultiplié . J'aurai fait des soudures continues et peint l'ensemble pour pas qu'il rouille . Mais on fait avec ce que l'on a , donc bon travail , c'est efficace ...
