I’m going on this cruise on Sunday. I was wondering if the casino is open the first night, before Catalina island. That night is my bday so I’m hoping casino is open that night

Nice vlog, I went with my family to that island and the people are nice and the island is clean I can't forget what the tour guy told us u cant throw trash/litter or u will be fine or have to do jail time.

Hi! Nice vlog, enjoy your commentary so much. Looking forward to the next 3 days. Hubs and I are on a 10 day, oops, 6 day (they changed it days ago so we will stay 4 days in London) Princess cruise in April. Princess Plus is $60 pp/pd for all drinks and cabin tips plus more! Off topic: are you many, many miles from the LA fires?

@@nkinsocal They decided the ship needs a bit of maintenance and they chose our cruise date to muck up! Looking forward to exploring London. Going to miss the Scotland ports, so bit of a bummer.

@@nkinsocal Yes, we received a 4 day pro rated $$ back, plus a generous onboard credit, and other stuff so all very fair. The pro rated stuff will cover a lot of the 4 day London expense. Def looking forward to seeing some stuff there.

Going on seascape on March 1st to Punta Plato, San Juan, and ocean Caye. Places we haven't been. I'm wanting to get the thermal spa... Worth it? What is the best restaurant?

I’ve never used a thermal spa on any cruise honestly so I cannot comment on its worthiness. I’m more of a be outside with sun and dj guy with a drink in hand. My favorite restaurants on cruise ships are always the steakhouse for a nice filet mignon - although u can simply upgrade while in main dining to the exact same filet u get if we’re in steakhouse.

Hey thanks for watching and interacting with the channel! All comments help. We personally didn’t get the WiFi. We haven’t on any of our cruises on the channel. We like to take the break from work - if we got it we would probably find ourselves checking work emails. I heard it wasn’t amazing from a few people tho. We did download a few shows in advance to devices to watch in bed at night. Any other questions pls ask away! New Carnival Firenze vlogs coming - we just got off the ship!

It’s typical cruise fare - nothing amazing. Honestly cruise food is never an amazing culinary adventure - typical mid tier bacon and mediocre eggs for breakfast. Late night pizza burgers. Dinner mediocre to low quality steak (unless u upgrade) and middle of the road other options. We don’t cruise for the food tho. We cruise for the freedom and relaxation altogether. Thanks for showing all the food in such detail!!! Besides the variety, I want to know how is the QUALITY/taste of the food at the buffet? I would say I rather have less variety, but well made, good quality food. Was the egg fluffy and creamy? Croissant crispy and layered? Pancake fluffy, well cooked, not dry and buttery? Thanks so much for putting so much effort into your vlogs. Love to see you and your family enjoy the travels!

This looks like so much fun! I'm glad you get to take your family on trips like this. The stateroom is cramped, but I don't imagine you'll be spending much time there, anyway, with such a fun ship and new ports to explore. I've only been on two cruises, but I'm going on my third, soon. I'm hooked! On our first cruise, we also chose an inside cabin. On the second, we chose a balcony. A balcony is great, but I was also perfectly pleased with the inside cabin. Was the jungle pool open even though it was dark outside? If so, that's amazing! My biggest gripe with cruise pools and hot tubs is that they're closed at night. MSC keeping theirs open later would be a big selling point for me.

The jungle pool was open until pretty late yea. It’s just a big muggy in there for me. Any other questions let me know! Also just got off Carnival Firenze which was a whole different experience - pros and cons .

@aragorn318 we signed up for shows on common area LED display panels that were throughout the ship. They were near every elevator and in other corridors all over. I really wish signing up for shows wasn’t a thing. I’m a fan of just go and watch and leave if it’s too long. Usually there is extra space at the shows

We did not - since we were off the ship a lot. We also had that one day at an inclusive beach club that included drinks for the day. Great beach club by the way! There is a vlog on it as well. Any more questions let me know!

Hey Lois. We stayed at my brothers house. As far luggage…..we each took only a backpack! Packed light and my brother had everything else we needed. Was a three night stay! 😃
