Democrat elites only care about power. This past year has really opened my eyes to just how bad the Democrat establishment is. Abandoning their base and cozying up with war criminals like the Cheneys, unwavering support for Israel as they're committing an ethnic cleansing, attacking allies who don't fall in line, cancelling primary elections in many states, denying Biden's cognitive decline, attacking the majority of Americans who think the economy is bad, blaming everyone else except for themselves for their loss, and now shifting to the right to hold on to their precious institutional power. I voted for Harris, but democrats need to change if they're going to earn my valuable Michigan swing district vote next time.

This is an important reminder to any who forgot in the midst of more representation: CORPORATIONS ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND. Companies care about one thing-money. They're not political. They don't have morals. They don't care about you.

Just who is using twitter still? I and others have switched to Bluesky. Who is watching Ana & Cenk? They made their bigotry known months ago. Who still reads VICE? They have been suspect for years. As a Brit viewing from afar I find the corporate flip-flops more understandable, they were always only looking from a profit perspective, they started liking LBGTQ+ issues when it was profitable, now they perceive that bubble may be bursting but it was never because they cared. But people like Joe & Mika, Ana & Cenk etc I find it extraordinary that they pretended for years to care. I find it hard to believe now that Ana & Cenk were ever really progressives, hypocrites yes but I see no genuine leftwing thinking there, Ana has been obviously letting out her rightwing feelings for quite a while but now Cenk seems to have gone the same way. I stopped watching Ana & Cenk after the birthing person debacle and Cenk's diatribe against trans people where he called trans people idiots! I have unsubscribed from them and Morning Joe, as I say I just find the hypocrisy just outstanding, I'm nearly 70 and I have never seen leftwing media outlets do such 180⁰ turns in their "beliefs".
