I used lubricant cleaner, and some parts were only cleaned with tissue.

found out problem because of the USB-C to 3.5mm adapter from Razer phone isn't support headset. I fixed this by using Google aux adapter.

I just got my razer Nari Ultimate a day ago... I was gonna test it on my phone before I saw this, damn I really don't like how this doesn't have Bluetooth, it's just USB transmitter or aux cord.

I have razer nari ultimate and i used them with my pixel xl using OTG adapter and it worked good but the over all volume is kinda low.but i just switched to my new oneplus 8T and i dont why but the headphones are not working with them. may be i should try a different OTG adapter.

yes it worked on other phones, found out Razer USB-C to 3.5mm isn't work with this headset but Google pixels 3 adapter work well.

I did and it doesn't works. According to Razer support team they said Headset is too new and Phone 2 is in mid range of technology. That is stupid bro because this headset is working great with my iPhone 6s I been using it many years already :D hahaha.

Yes headset doesn't works with Phone 2, Audio quality is bad and volume always decrease by itself. Can tell phone and headset is working great with other devices. Razer development team may forgot to test this headset with their phone 2 :D

Sound had problem with these two devices, I have contacted support but doesn't have any solution on my case, Headset worked great with other device, and Phone worked with other headset :D. Stupid Razer
