At what age should you get this done. How long does it last and can they change it out later in life if needs to be redone. Thanks.

Where do I find the tape with the cut out for thumb?

I think you have to make a slit in the tape yourself. If not, i would like to know as well🤷🏾♀️

12 yrs ago, heard what sounded like twigs snapping. Didn't know what happened until I was in the tub a few days later and noticed my bicep drooping. Never went to a dr. just lived with it, 69 yrs old now. It has caused deltoid pain also.

Can this help with arthritis in feet? Looking for ways to get through 16 hour work shifts with arthritis in both my feet.

I'm not a doctor but have arthritis in my knee and hips. Compression has helped me for both areas. I'd expect this bandaging would help.

I had to climb up the stairs using my knees and upper body strength to take a shower, now I have to rewrap it and between climbing up the stairs with my knees and upperbody support alone or wrapping my foot back up, I’d still choose to climb up those stairs. This is my arch nemesis

There's no way in the "free" NHS service in the UK that ANY doctor (or nurse or physio) would take the time to show you this (or anything helpful at all). I'd fractured my humeral head and my elbow and tore a ligament in my wrist. At A&E (our Emergency dept) they took an x-ray of the humerus. Refused to do anything else. As I was leaving to catch a bus back home he said, "oh, you'll need a sling" and shoved one on me without showing me how to use it. He shoved a leaflet in my good hand which gave instructions about exercises. The leaflet was hopeless and nothing like what this video shows you. What you offer in the US is leagues ahead but sadly it takes huge sums of money most can't afford. Wish there was a way to get good medical help to most. Won't happen though, will it?

Cutters gonna cut. The best outcomes certainly long-term outcomes are for men. Ladies you’re gonna struggle with this more than they are and they’re going to be more long-term consequences for you then there are for men.

I’ve played drums for about a month, the only injuries I’ve had is getting injuries on my fingers from hitting the drums so much. The drum sticks rubbing on my fingers eventually injures my fingers.

I felt my very first twinges of OA hip pain when I was about 40-42. It only happened if I rotated my leg inwards. So, I just stopped doing that. That was fine until about my mid-60s, when I started getting stiffness. I had to warm up for longer and longer periods before vigorous physical activities. By my late 60s, the pain and stiffness were mainly AFTER vigorous exercise, though while actively moving and exercising I felt fine. When I turned 70, the symptom-worsening began to speed up. Each year after that, I got more pain and less range of motion. X-rays revealed severe, stage 4 osteoarthritis in my hip. I'm now almost 75. My only comfortable position is sitting. Standing and lying down are uncomfortable. Walking is doable, but has become a chore, and I'd always loved long walks and bike rides. Stretches do help, but only just before walking. As soon as I sit down for more than a minute, I have to start the stretching routine all over again. I had a cortisone hip injection earlier this year that gave me several weeks of feeling almost completely normal. However, when it finally wore off, the arthritis had progressed a lot more. Perhaps this was because I was extremely active while the shot was still in effect. So, I've come to the point where it looks like I have only one option. I was very interested in hip resurfacing, as they do with lots of athletes these days, but apparently it's done mostly on young males, not older females. :'( So I'm probably going to go with standard hip replacement, using the anterior approach. I want to be able to spend my remaining years being able to enjoy long walks, hikes and bike rides, and maybe even get back to skiing if that's allowed.

I already have 16% of my meniscus removed. I appreciate the proper wrap method but my question is: Can one use more than ONE Ace Wrap to provide additional support or is more than one wrap too much. Yes, I am working out regularly and legs is a basic exercise in my regimine. So, I use three Ace Wraps so that I do not damage my minus 16% meniscus knee any further. This arthorscopic surgery took place in the 90's - Long ago. But prevention of further injury is my goal Please advise!! Thank you - I am 1LT Los not chaser 48 as youtube seems to show time and again. Thank you

Do you have any suggestions for someone (me) who doesn't "qualify" because I'm not old enough. I'm almost 43 years old and my Ortho is telling me I have 80 yo knees but all I can do right now is injections in both knees every 3 months which actually only works for about 2. I'm super active but I have increasingly had to start sitting and resting my knees because I can barely walk. I'm in so much pain. I only take meloxicam. I don't take any pain meds other than that and I don't want to. I just would like to be able to walk and not be in excruciating pain at the end of the day no matter what I was doing that day. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your videos. They're very helpful!
