Hi there, I hope you are well. Recently I visited your KZbin channel and watched the latest video. Your video is very good but the problem is that you have not completed your channel and video SEO properly, as a result, your video is not reaching your target audience. If you want I can help you complete your channel and video SEO professionally. Thanks

This past year with all of the dietary changes I had to make to get my #hashimotos under control... the best gift I recieved was the Bakerita cookbook. This book helped fuel my love for baking and change my attitude of all gluten free food tasting like glue lol The morning glory muffins were packed with flavor and delicious ingredients. And a huge plus is all of the extras were perfect in the freezer. If youre making a dietary change for medical or just for fun reasons I highly recommend this book. I've made at least a dozen recipes from here on my KZbin channel. So check that link if you wanna see what else is in the book! Preheat oven to 350 First mix your wet ingredients 2 large bananas 3 large eggs at room temp 3 tbsp melted coconut oil 1/4 cup dairy free milk 1/3 cup almond butter 1 tsp vanilla Mix mix mix Add in dry 1/3 cup coconut flour Heart measure of cinnamon (she says 1tsp) 3/4tsp baking powder 3/4tsp baking soda 1/2tsp salt Mix mix mix Add in 1/2 cup shredded carrots 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans 1/3 cup golden raisins Bake until your toothpick is clean (15-20min) Let them sit for about 10 minutes. Gluten Free things have to sit before you dig in or they'll fall apart 🫠 Enjoy! 🥕🥕 #holistichomemaker #bakingwithatoddler #bakerita #glutenfreerecipes #glutenfree #glutenfreefood #wholefoods #holistichealth #bakingfromscratch

5 days hanging it out, and it still stinks of chemicals. It is so bad that my immune system got run down, I hated doing down dog or baby pose, I just could not take the chemicals. The mat is great in every other way but, I am into 3 weeks with it now and can’t get this smell out off my nostrils. I have been using a neddi pod , sprays, anything I can find, it is like a glue stuck inside my nose.

@@WeBakeSometimes I meant no disrespect but I gave my totally honest opinion. I had ordered a blue they sent a ocean green 6mm 185 inch. I have had the flue for the last three days and I can still smell the chemical odour. I love love the mat , it’s just the chemicals. I am going to fill my bath tub today soak it for and hour or so, see if that works., thanks for replying, Brian.

I'm sorry kiddo but I just ordered mine maybe two weeks ago and it is December of 2022 that was totally disappointed I have the Almond cow and no it doesn't have the heating elements but I can make a large amount or a small amount and let's face it if you had a even a personal size blender you can blend your milk together you don't need nothing milk bag straight into a strainer and if you want it hot put in the microwave around the stove and it's not going to cost $185 it hardly makes anything and if you go up to the fill line and actually try to boil it or make it hot it boils over the top and outside the spout I've lost hot cocoa and everything in it I don't think it's worth the money and I like the single serve like the blunge it too so the single blenders yeah I like the concept but this is a waste of money sorry that's my opinion the product is built well but for almost $200 I don't think it's worth it happy holidays and happy New Year not trying to be a bummer just stating a fact
@WeBakeSometimes2 жыл бұрын
Hey!! Oh no... I'm so sorry you didnt like it! I have never used the almond cow. But I've hears great things! I completely agree that you can use the blender method! I did that for so many years. I also learned the hard way how strict that fill line is. It exploded everywhere. Maybe reach out to Nutr with your concerns! Their team has always been quick to respond to my questions. Again I'm sorry you don't love it! I still use mine a few times a week and havent had any issues other than that one time. But I 1000% see where you're coming from! I ve just bought the B Mat, as it is supposed to be very grippy. I have a Manduka Eko Superlite and love the grip when I have dry hands but with wet hands or feet it s sooo sliiiippy and it is very bad when you need to focus on the posture instead of being careful to do not fall down. Hope I made a good choice after weeks of researches. I was not sure about this B Mat and the Manduka GRP lite. But I'm courious of seeing how this will work. Thanks for your help and review! Cheers!

Hello, does the heating of this process cause nutrient loss?
@WeBakeSometimes3 жыл бұрын
Hey!! Certain nuts do have to be heated at a high temp to be safe to consume (like soy) but the normal heat option is gradual so it isnt going to shock any of the enzymes. If you are worried about that or if you eat strictly raw- the no heat option is amazing! Only takes 2 minutes to make almond, oat, cashew.. I do recommend using heat for coconut of course.. because the fat content is higher and will separate and not taste great lol I hope that helped!
