Why not buy a header pipe sans catalyst!

Due to you constantly moving the pipe around while talking, for whatever reason I can’t imagine, it was almost impossible to hear what you were saying. Sorry job of videoing imo.

By doing this catless do you lose back pressure or thing that would make the bike not run as efficiently ???

Use a ball honing tool. Works great. 100 grit 120 works ok. Fast clean out.

I did this same method many years ago to a brand new 1988 Chevy S-10. I removed the muffler and pipes after the cat, got me a long steel rod with a point on it and a big hammer and within 15 minutes it was done! Truck ran so much better and sounded really good too! It had over 200K when I got rid of it.

why didnt you use a extension with a Cours then fine flapper to clean up the service .
