Hey Dustin. Just wanted you to know we got back from Sicily only about a week ago, 6 years after you filmed this and we went to many of the places in this video including Signola and they blew us away. Sicily blew our minds. Sending love from the UK ❤️

Being a "Vegan" will make the average person feel good for awhile after weight-loss. But after years go by your body will get absolutely recked on so many levels. The only appropriate Human Diet is "Carnivore" No Plants. If you want to have low testosterone and increased estrogen, low energy, have weak muscles and get sick, eat all the Vegetables you want, it generally never works out for most people long term. The "Carnivore Diet" is the only Diet that actually fixes illnesses from Mental disorders, Dementia, Arthritis, Parkinson's Disease, Skin conditions, Crohn's Disease Menopause, some Cancers the list is vast. Which can definitely not be said about a Vegan diet. Many Vegans turn to "Carnivore Diet" because they end up getting Arthritis and many other ailments. Carnivore is extremely effective for people. Also, with a "Vegan Diet" your spending a lot of time on the toilet and a lot of excessive gas, whereas with the Carnivore Diet only once or 2 a week compared to multiple times a day with Vegan. That's because the Human body can absorb 97- 99% of Meat/Fat consumed, it's what the Human body wants and absolutely needs to thrive! If you think being a "Vegan" makes you feel good multiple that feeling times 100 and that's how much better the "Carnivore Diet" will be for you plus far more superior overall health. Hopefully you guys look into it yourselves. Dr. Anthony Chaffee and Dr. Shawn Baker are some of the top experts regarding Carnivore. Good luck!

I absolutely loved your latest video! It’s clear that your content resonates with your audience. However, I noticed your 10.6k Subscriber doesn’t match the views, which could be improved by adjusting the title, description, or tags and SEO Score very Low. I'd love to collaborate and help generate more engagement if you're open to it!

For this reason I know for sure you vegans are totally self indulgent. Not only that you make products resembling meat. 🥩 yet you don’t eat meat. Would like to know the EXACT ingredients in these highly processed foods. No matter how well you sell veganism its a lifestyle that revolves on being selfish and entitled. Your eating basically animals food and think your just above people. Really GOD gave us animals. Your just ungrateful and ignorant!😮

Glad you're feeling better! I love Robin Robertson's cookbooks and have quite a bit of them. I've seen both ends of the spectrum where meat eaters are a bit too obsessed with protein and some vegans don't give it enough consideration. I've seen some "what I eat in a day" videos and it's "a potato, a salad and some veggie stir fry" and it seems a bit deficient to me. Somewhere in the middle there's a spot. I'm 64 and as I age in the plant based world, I do give adequate protein a consideration for muscle and bone health, etc. Anyway, off my soapbox. Great episode.

I believe soup to nuts is like beginning to end, because a full course meal could start with the soup and end with nuts for picking at when at a dinner party. I could be wrong though

Great show! Love her attitude and philosophy. It's amazing all you can do with raw fresh ingredients. I do think that raw foodists had their moment that came and went. It was all the rage 10 or 15 years ago. For me that diet as a whole is lacking and doesn't have enough calories (have you seen some of their "what I eat in day videos?" the amount of food they eat is massive and as you mentioned must be expensive) for me personally, but I love exploring the dishes as they are so creative.

I'm so glad dustin shares his fabulously amazing recipes for free on the universal meals website. I also love how the meals are very quick to download with a 'download all' button. Makes life so simple. I've been downloading the files since yesterday! I checked them out, they're super amazing with dustin's flair! All I wonder is if we can share them with others, but I believe he said yes in an interview on pcrm, so I can't wait to show them to others and spead teh good word. It's an extension mentally of my knowledge of my plate that dr barnard brought about to give us recipes to fill that plate with!

2:05 Well I can't give you real food, but can I at least give you two foods? 1) A rainbow salad mason jar with the dressing at the bottom that you have to scoop. It's my homemade raw ranch, but thinned out with who knows what and spiced up. 2) dry mix for raw orange ginger zing with carrot carob bars that can be turned into bites. Ok a bonus, 3) chickpea noodle soup with multiple bullions with no salt nor fat added, with secret spicing (ok it's tabil and berbere spice blend). This is for a comfort day to feel amped for what comes next. Oh yeah - I have popcorn, dipped pretzel stick, and trail mix jars for everyone that wants to share. Enough to go around. I look forward to anyone who has a granola jar lol
