Oily to combination skin. I get oily on my T zone.

This is a good primer if you are not going for a matte look it works well on oily skin

Does the directions on this warm state that it can't be used around the eyes? Other reviewers state that it is written that it can't be used around the eyes? Is it true?

I didn't see any direction that warn against around the eyes. It is very gentle around the eye area

I used the Maybelline High Sky mascara and it removed it well. It will do well with a waterproof mascara. Thank you so much for watching
