+CARLOS VELEZ I see the audio went out at 18 min. and 12 seconds. My guess is that is when the batteries died. So sorry. You'll have to do this again! :) It would be interesting to see what other ideas people come up with and maybe there will be new people in the audience. We just got three new members. :)

The joke I'm going to tell today I actually told that another Toastmasters in Salisbury NC, because it included the word of the day. Um, It’s critical that I remember the word of the day. OK, it was cultivate. I like to include the word of the day in the joke. Cultivate, its not a funny word. But here goes. This couple was driving down this country road and it became muddier and muddier and muddier. All of a sudden they hit a really deep rut and got stuck. They tried going forward and backwards with no avail. Suddenly a farmer in a tractor pulled up next to the fence and said “I’ll pull you out of that hole for 50 bucks. 50 DOLLARS said the couple! The farmer replied, 50 bucks. OK. Five minutes later he pulled them out of the hole. As the driver was getting into the car the farmer said “You know, you’re the 10th car I've pulled out of that hole today. TENTH CAR said the driver....when do you have time to cultivate your fields? At night? No, said the farmer, night is when I put water in the hole.
