That 97k sure needs a vortex tune kit . That's a lot of buzz ! Crossman Premier pellets are as accurate as anything that you can buy for the 97k and other hw air guns .

tighten every bolt on these rifles...especially the barrel bolt. These barrels move from side to side (try with your hand while keeping fingers on the breaking mechanism - you WILL feel it!)

Got 1 in .177cal & 1 in .25cal FIRST THING put a DonnyFL Tanto on the .177cal in unf 1/2x20 .177/22 Then a Sumo on the .25 in 1/2x20 2nd CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN I can’t stress this Enough!! Patchworm cleaning kit with Ballistol is the best. You might need a air Compressor for your first fill up but it will only take once unless you degass it. They are pellet picky rifles so go slowly and really test them out and see what your rifle likes. Don’t forget to make sure everything is tight and Inplace. Loctight 242 on your screws and you will have a awesome result. I put a Discovery 6-24x44 on 1 and a Westhunter 6-24x50 on the other both are FFP the .177 is a 30 yard rifle and the .25 is a 50 yard one

If a person is able to get less than 20 yards away, ideally 10 yards or less, can this rifle put out enough foot pounds to hunt something as large as jack rabbits? Or if that is that is too large, what about cottontails?

I just got a bunny at 70 paces in semi dark with it on a reverse slope with just ears and back line visible , I aimed about a metre high and got it. These are a great budget gun. Practice practice but the results happen

Thank you for another great video and excellent presentation. In your other video in the link on the m60b the gun was shooting around 870 to 890 FPS the jsb 25.39 gr or 43-45 ft lbs with the regulator pressure at around 130 bar as shown. In this video we see that you use the NSA 34gr and you say that the rifle is pushing them with 915 FPS which is around 63 ft lbs. Can you please explain what modifications you have done, for example did you open up all the ports and to what size, also did you adjust the regulator up to 150 or 160 bar or extra plenum maybe ? Thank you again
