rare to see so many white ppl in London . today only 30% in Londons 9 000 000 are ethnic Englishmen. less than 50% in Manchester, less in edinburg. I do belive Englishmen are minority in England the next 20 years. since Englishmen goes down in 1 500 000 every 10 year now, and will increase even more when 1940s,50s dies, and barly get children

My guess it was likely celebration of national day 17th of June. It was held annually since 1911 long before Iceland became republic in 1944.

What a beautiful comment that captures what Germany was in the not too distant past compared with what it has become nowadays.
