I remember seeing the PIA Airbus 310 at Schipol airport back in January 2004 when returning from Pakistan to Canada. It was in old 90s livery. Made me feel very good as I was aching leaving my home country again.

I thought Royal Brunei was the only airlines that plays prayer onboard before take-offs, for more than 3 minutes. Very long prayer.

they let you use ipods video cameras ds/dsi/ds3d camera laptop but not phones if you do they take ur phone away thats wat they did to me

to all haters of PIA. Jesa apna mulk apna hota hy wese he apni airline apni hoti hy. PIA rocks! I have personal experience at Qatar airways, Kuwait airways, .... etc. PIA is the best. Apna mahole hota hy! plus not stays!!

Don't have to be emotional,its just business.the fact is PIA sucks whether u admit it or nt.they should improve their quality and performance to attract more customers..

The plane looks old because theres no TVs lol but to be honest guys i hav flown with emirates Nd etihad and dont get me wrong they are superb Airlines but when im in a PIA aircraft it makes me much more excited coz its just the whole thing of goin to visut ure own country Nd your family it just brings me happiness that i know that im goin to pakistan PIA style and it is also a very good airline

@Shammwow I still fly PIA, but I'm just saying. The airline could have become a regional carrier or even bigger had not been for mismanagement. Emirates and Etihad, meh...they're good, but I'm not a big fan of transits and layovers. Plus, a lot of Pakistanis fly them simply because of the fact it's CHEAPER and they lie and say "oh the service is better that's why I fly it". LOL pathetic needless to say. PIA is still the way for me...

@oichakdeyphatay sadly overpopulation did most of the ruining. we are not the country the size to handle such a large population

@Shammwow What's even more sad is the fact PIA in the 1980s help set up Emirates, Gulf, Royal Jordanian and Air Malta. Look at where the first two airlines are and look where PIA is now. Even Pakistan Railway helped set up rail facilities in Zimbabwe and other East African countries during the mid 1970s and all those countries still have a decent functioning railway whereas Pakistan....you know the story. Crooks have ruined Pakistan sadly.

Great video! I love my country and love my airline, PIA. In fact, i am flying to Karachi tonight by PIA and am very excited. Food served on other airlines, especially Emirates is the worst! I hate the food they serve! It is same all the time. No variety. I am sick of it.
