No as soon as she said moisturized I realised I haven't moisturize my hair for 3 days because I was so busy and my hair was so dry and brittle so i ran for my life to find my hair moisturizer anyways this helped a lot thank you

I also simplified my regiment.. and after getting a blood screening I found out I was vitamin D deficient.. adding a vitamin D supplement to my diet helped with shedding & breakage

Girl whats crazy is I was also vitamin D deficient. Sometimes its really an internal issue, after keeping consistent with my vitamins I noticed less breakage too! Thanks for sharing😊

Your braids are SOOOO cute!!! I miss doing braids but I'm allergic to the hair xD and human hair braiding hair is WAY too much lol. But I love your routine. Very simple and clearly effective.

I recommend that you soak the hair in ACV and warm water for up to 20-30 minutes, you'll see the chemicals literally fall off the hair.

Products :) 1. Mielle Rosemary oil- it grows your hair due to its blend of nourishing oils and biotin, which stimulate follicles and improve scalp health. 2. As I Am classic leave in conditioner- a good lightweight liquid but strong moisturizer that doesnt create product build up. 3. Mielle Hawaiian Ginger Leave-In Conditioner - This conditioner is a cream but its so lightweight and leaves my hair moisturized for days without adding additional products
