I enjoy listening to Dr Jeffrey’s wisdom, BUT, in listening to to the replay, the ads are LOUD, obnoxious and intrusive - especially when just a few minutes into listening to his wonderful sounds, one is blasted with an irritating voice demanding that one pay attention to it!! Grrrr!! Is there anyway that they can be controlled ( other than paying YT a fat fee for an ad-free venue)? Surely, a sensitive, discerning entity ( which I know YT is NOT), would not insert a loud obnoxious voice right in the middle of a peace-inducing piece of sublime music?!!!

The authorities in Israel constantly cutting down trees in masses in cities, for no Reason. It's nothing to do with the will of the people, we object that, but still they keep doing it. It's a malicious agenda that takes practice only in poor or common neighborhoods. As you mentioned in RICH earias they don't cut the trees.

Dr. Thompson, I use your Beyond record everyday. I experience the effects similar to what you describe. It's highly comtemplative and pondering. Yet, I am still able to focus on what I do at hand with extreme precision (I tend to listen to Beyond when I play brain training game from Neuronation). Among all your records, Beyond has been my favorite. No other records give me the same sense of wholeness and contemplation like Beyond.

Hello Dr. Jeffrey, thank you am joined on your shift network group, loving the course - feeling so grateful to have the opportunity to join this. Very aware of the Global Dystopia, looking for a consultation with regards to issues with brain and learning. Trained as a practitioner as a nutritional coach and exercise specialist, but as a 'Senior' now - not managed to find a solution for own neuro issues. Is there a notification process I can access of this channel when you have a meditation? I have empathy, knowledge and a love of nature, music and humanity.
