Do you find the engine is screaming at 125/130? I ran to Port Dover back in Sept and that was the 1st time on the big street and I was like holy shit it likes the 90 roads better

The sweet spot for this bike is around 90-110. Close to 120 it gets a little vibration that goes away after 130. In any case the bike doesn't go faster than 160 - they "forgot" to put the 6th gear. It is worth mentioning that during break in period at the speeds around 120 it was VERY uncomfortable due to vibration. The vibration has gone at 15,000km. My bike now is over 50,000km and vibration doesn't bother me anymore.

@@personal3523 ya my bike has 65000kms and I put the cobra fi2000 fuel commander on it. Wow what a difference. I received info that the Vulcan 900 is a short stroke motor and at 120kms it's only doing 4200rpm. Just over half. I have 3" straight pipes so maybe that's why I thought it was screaming

How does motorcycle work with 407?
@8766650
@8766650 5 жыл бұрын
massari4u Same price as a car. If you have already a 407 account with transponder for your car and add your bike license plate to your account then they don’t charge you for the pictures. No need to have transponder on the bike.

8766650 thank you very much, so you mean the transponder can be left in my car and I don’t need to carry it around for the bike?

Is the sound coming from the speakers? What brand are they?
@8766650
@8766650 6 жыл бұрын
These are Kuryakyn speakers - decent quality and nicely designed. The volume control is on the speaker. Now they make them bluetooth enabled and newer design.

The speedometer can't be right 120 - 140 MPH majority of the time? Where in the US can you ride that fast?
@8766650
@8766650 7 жыл бұрын
If you pause the video right at the beginning, you can see clear marking on the dial "kmH" - this bike doesn't go faster than 100 mph anyway.

Had a poster of Phil on my wall as a kid. Right next to the Star Wars and Porsche 911 posters. He was Jonny Moseley to skiers in the late 70's 80's.

205 cms with no deep side cuts. That why you see such extreme unweighting and only the last part of the turn being carved.

great video. too many people dont adjust the camera right and all you see is the ground. with yours, we get to see the trail ahead and other skiers. it gives a good idea of what the trail is like. we will be up there in march.
