hi!! First of I'd just like to say that I don't think that's a very nice thing to come onto a thasmin video and say. What do you want to achieve by doing it? Especially since this wasn't a video I made back in 2018 to try and prove thasmin would happen, it was literally just me creating something for a show I enjoy with a ship I enjoy? Secondly, I don't know how much you've been in fandom spaces before, but ships aren't necessarily always rooting to be canon. Shipping isn't the same as theorising something is going to happen in canon? Even if there were absolutely no canon evidence for this ship, people could still ship it? I know I have ships that are entirely based on me thinking "wow I think these two together could create a very interesting story", but that doesn't mean I want or expect it to become canon. Thirdly, I think the thasmin arc is made pretty clear in the last three specials. In Eve of the Daleks Yaz admits her feelings for the Doctor to Dan, when he asks her "Have you ever told her? How you feel about her?". In Legends of the Sea Devils the Doctor says "dates are not something I really do. I mean I used to. Have done. And if I was going to, believe me: it would be with you." to Yaz. While it may not be something as obvious as for example a kiss, it is definitely more than subtext and calling it a "non-existent fan theory" simply isn't true.
