Many people believe that it's not the right time in their lives to have children, or it's not the right time start a business, or it's not the right time to pursue their goals. Many think they are too busy or have too many problems to deal with. But that’s not true. You will never be younger than you are right now. You will never have more time then today. Default to action.

This is very true Pavel! I was actually talking to a friend a couple of hours ago and said to him there are 3 things we will never be ready for: getting married, opening a business and having kids. We just do those or we don't. No overthinking. And life is not guaranteed... Wishing you all the TRUE success in life Pavel!

That’s such an interesting story, man! Entrepreneurship isn’t for everyone-it’s easy to get attached to specific ideas while reality might be nudging us in a completely different direction. Like Jeff Bezos wisely said, “It’s very important for entrepreneurs to be realistic. So if you believe on that first day while you’re writing the business plan that there’s a 70 percent chance that the whole thing will fail, then that kind of relieves the pressure of self-doubt.”
@NonNativeEntrepreneur4 күн бұрын
Thanks, Zak! Yes, it's a very, very tricky balance between mad self-belief and being realistic. This is why it's important to have the right people/network around us who can advise when we entrepreneurs and founders make decisions. Definitely not for everyone, but you don't need to be super smart or experienced to be an entrepreneur. Most of it can be learned

The new logo is strange. First: isn't it anti-DEI that J and R now look the same? Second: isn't it anti-DEI that all letters are the same similar "boxy" shape and height. Third: Why to make a fake font where A+O+Q look the same and many characters are impossible to add ? Could be joguar, jqguar or jqguor or ... The font cannot be reused for other words and it will look strange in any PR documents when near to other words. Strangely the brand director seems to live in a boring "copy everything" house with a petrol jag (or jog or jqg) on the driveway ...

What is it exactly that warrants an immediate coup? Because Farmers have to pay half the inheritance tax that we do on their 3 million pound estate, or is it that rich pensioners have had the winter fuel allowance removed? It's funny that the petition doesn't mention that we now actually have investment in our NHS and economy or that there is a new workers charter that gives workers lots of rights including sick pay from day one and better maternity and paternity rights. This government have been very busy unlike a stagnant Tory government. Do you want the Tories to replace Labour, who had a massive thrashing in the election, or is it Reform with their 4 seats?

Is it really any wonder the the UK is spiraling into extreme-left-social-f*scism? Just look at all of the beta-males in the comments! You know the main reason Donald Trump won here in the US is because the American people are frankly sick of it. We are tired of the Democrat's censorship, the vilification of anyone who disagrees with them, their total strangle-hold on the media (which cranks out complete lies and misrepresentations virtually non-stop), the flooding of our country with dangerous/unvetted/illegal immigrants, the lack of respect for law-and-order, etc. My advice to you from across the pond: GROW A PAIR. Voice your concerns and stand up for your nation, for God's sake. (Just be sure to keep it civil and peaceful.) - With love, from Texas.

Even in 2018-2020 Peak Woke, these types of ad campaigns and profilings didn't really "work," but at best caused divisiveness and roped in idiots to publicly support them, simply because those Tommy The Baristas so vehemently despise the "other side." And that was just noise; As you yourself accurately point out, the support was entirely ideological. Those people wouldn't then go on to buy the product. This was aptly demonstrated in the Gaming industry, in Grooming Products, in Fast Food, in Music, in clothing/Apparel... Any money that was "made" by the companies was entirely back-end funding from DEI-profiled funds and organizations. And now that we're a few years down the line... I mean, heck, there were projects and products before that wave which were launched and tied along the same premise. And they always fail. The ones that came out during that period? Now that the funding and loans and all the financial sift-through has taken place, are presently failing. Not necessarily as noticeably noisily and spectacularly like Bud Light or Gillette, no. Not least because a lot of these are for instance private-public-partnership affairs, like the nuclear shutdowns and solar panels in Germany, or all the damn windmills up here in Sweden. And so, given the sheer size of those flops and the taxpayer money on the line, there's a very purposeful "general effort of quietude" on part of the media. But still, up against the real world, they have all at best been wash-flops and wastes of time, and majoritarily total loss-makers. Anyway... They may be small dings, but they're nevertheless there. I know for a fact that Intel's and Coca Cola's DEI policy stink, or AUDI's 2017 feminist Superbowl ad, certainly didn't help their sales in the present. And guys like me will never buy from them again down the line... Anyway, the important thing is, that _everything_ that has had the stamp or smell of Woke, either has practically failed, or is in the process of practically failing. And despite all the masking and fudging, over the period of the last decade this has "poured through" enough and become so rank that even the wider public has now connected the dots and "developed their detection algo" for it. Even stuff like this ad, which isn't explicitly "Woke" in any stated way but certainly "smells" like it, is rejected. Hell, even stuff that _isn't_ Woke, but had enough of a whiff of it, like the Furiosa movie e.g., takes a hit and at least underperforms. This wouldn't have "worked" back then, or in 2012 or 2004 either. It wouldn't have worked out and would have been a really sour chapter in Jaguar's history, but it might have survived. But now? Now it's going to absolutely ruin the brand. And what with a few other indications and whispers, it looks likely that it has infected Land Rover too, just not progressed as much. I give Jaguar about a year, and JLR as a whole maybe five. Poof.

Everyone wants to go back to the good old days of being buggered by the Tories ? Farmers! The Rich !
@ingemarsjoo45427 күн бұрын
What Britain should do now is not to make a lot of fuzz about the Jaguar brand and other minor questions, but have a new election to go back to EU. Britains economic problems are at least to 90 % a result of Brexit. And the fact that Torys left a "black hole" of 17 billions they had managed to hide away, and then exploded like a handgrenade in the face of the new government. In any way, the solution is not a new government of populist cretins, like the one who will take over in USA 20 jan. These never now ANYTHING about economy, that has history showed us.

Amazingly well over a million people actually physically turned up on the street to protest about turning around the Brexit vote. They didn't just click on a box on the internet Those same idiots who voted for it are a big part of the people trying to call for another election because as with the Brexit propaganda by the right wing press they have been convinced that it is in their own interest. So I say to you 'tough' you lost you hypocrites. See it's really annoying!
